PolaroidAfter struggling for years with a tummy that seemed to be permanently unhappy and intolerant to pretty much everything, I discovered the diet that turned my world around. Following a low FODMAP and gluten free diet isn’t the easiest and can often feel very overwhelming – but learning what your tummy can and can’t tolerate really can have such a positive impact both physically and mentally.

I created ‘the tummy diaries’ to share my journey of my love of food, advice on how to deal with your tummy condition, (and the occasional bit of fitness) but also to help spread awareness of the magic of low FODMAP and other restrictive diets such as gluten and lactose free can have on people with tummy problems.
