After struggling for years with a tummy that seemed to be permanently unhappy and intolerant to pretty much everything, I discovered the diet that turned my world around. Following a low FODMAP and gluten free diet isn’t the easiest and can often feel very overwhelming – but learning what your tummy can and can’t tolerate really can have such a positive impact both physically and mentally.
I created ‘the tummy diaries’ for three main reasons:
– to share my low FODMAP recipe and restaurant finds
– to share advice and personal experiences of the psychological affects of having a tummy condition
– to share the importance of understanding what your tummy can and can’t eat
– to encourage restaurants and food suppliers to take food intolerance’s seriously and have clear ingredient transparency
